Membership
1. Your membership to Gaffah allows you access to stream video content on Gaffah.com via the internet. You will require internet access and a valid device in order to access the service. Payment for your membership will be taken in advance and will cover the relevant membership period relating to your chosen membership plan.
2. Your membership type will auto renew at the end of your current payment period and payment will be taken automatically to continue your subscription to Gaffah.
3. You can find information relating to your current membership plan and payment details in your profile setting on Gaffah.com, you can update your payment details here.
4. You may cancel your membership at any point. Upon cancelation your membership will continue until the end of your current payment period depending on your chosen plan. Gaffah does not offer refunds for partial memberships periods.
5. We may make changes to our membership plans and prices at any time, if a change in our plans and prices affects your membership you will be notified within a reasonable time frame before the change takes place.
6. Memberships are intended for single user use. If we determine that a user is excessively abusing this point by sharing their account details with multiple persons, we may cancel their membership with immediate effect.
7. Our service is intended for personal use only. For commercial use please contact us.
8. Users must be at least 18 years old to have a membership with Gaffah.
9. As part of your membership, you may from time to time receive communications from us. These may include, but not be limited to: Service information, account information, invoices, updates to memberships and prices, surveys, promotional material, and marketing materials. We will aim to limit unnecessary communication as much as possible. We only send you information via electronic format unless otherwise agreed upon.
10. Users agree not to use their account with Gaffah.com for any nefarious or illegal activity. Users are responsible for any activity that takes place on their accounts.
11. We can terminate or freeze your account at any time in order to protect yourself, other users, content creators and Gaffah from identity theft or fraudulent activity.
Service
1. You agree not to record, reproduce, distribute, or modify content or information found on Gaffah.com.
2. On rare occasions Gaffah.com may require to shut down for a brief period in order to carry out essential maintenance. You will be notified in advanced of any scheduled maintenance and we will aim to carry out such work during times that cause the least amount of inconvenience to our users where possible.
3. We take no responsibility for the quality of the display and sound of the content on Gaffah.com where issues arise due to the user’s internet connection speed, available bandwidth or other issues relating to the user’s internet service provider.
Content
1. Any views and opinions expressed within the content featured on Gaffah.com are those of the content creators and are not representative of the views, opinions and culture of Gaffah as a LTD company.
2. We reserve the right to add or remove content at our own discretion on Gaffah.com without prior notice to our users.
Upload Feature
1. By using the upload feature this sends your video file directly to us at Gaffah. We will then review the video file and if we decide to host it on Gaffah.com we will contact you using the contact details supplied. The upload feature does not guarantee that your film will be hosted on the site.
2. Once a video file has been uploaded, we will hold that file and your contact details on file for 12 months.
3. Gaffah will not host your film on the site or use it for any promotional material without your prior consent.
Miscellaneous
1. We may make changes to these terms of use at any time. We will notify you of any changes before they occur.
